JR Services – Terms and Conditio

Services Provided

• JR Services provides domestic plumbing installations, maintenance, and repair.

• All work will be carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with industry standards.

Estimates and Quotes

• Any estimate or quote provided is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Additional costs may apply if unforeseen issues are discovered during the work.

• Customers will be informed of extra charges before the additional work is carried out.

Deposits and Payments

• A deposit may be required before commencement of certain jobs.

• Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or cash.

• Late payments may incur interest charges at [e.g., 4% above Bank of England base rate] per month until settled.

Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure that:

  • Parking is provided or parking costs are reimbursed.

  • Clear access to the work area is available at the agreed time.

  • The property is safe for work to be carried out.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• JR Services reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if less notice is given.

Materials and Parts

• Materials supplied remain the property of JR Services until full payment is received.

• If the customer supplies their own parts, JR Services does not accept responsibility for faults, delays, or warranties related to those items.

Complaints

• Any complaints must be reported in writing within 7 days of job completion.

• JR Services will work to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
